CPRE Wiltshire’s countryside ambassador Carly Paoli has released a special version of her 2016 song ‘A Time for Mercy which was performed at The Roman Forum in honour of Pope Francis Jubilee Year of Mercy.

That word, ‘mercy’ is again in all our thoughts. We need to show mercy towards our planet and work together to ensure that we hand on to future generations a safe sustainable planet.

This video, a new version filmed in Liverpool Cathedral, was released this weekend – the halfway mark of the COP26 meeting in Glasgow.

“It’s lyrics seem more telling now than ever,” says Carly.
