Forthcoming Events – summary

We are organising another varied set of events for Members and their guests in 2020.  

Normally we would be holding several more social and local interest events during the year, and would have stands at community events.  In recent years we have organised visits to country houses and their gardens, to specialist farms and to a resource recovery centre.  We have also held several wine tastings.  Sadly, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, these cannot take place during this summer and autumn.

Thursday 17th September: CPRE Wiltshire AGM.  Sadly, due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, this has had to be cancelled.

Thursday 3rd September: Mead tasting at the Stone Circle Mead Company Ltd, Ludgershall. Sadly, due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions and especially the small area available for hosting, this has had to be cancelled.

3rd October:

1.  Wiltshire Bee and Honey Day at The Corn Exchange, Devizes. Sadly, due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, this has had to be cancelled.

2.  Marlborough Dark Skies Event. Sadly, due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, this has had to be cancelled.

12th November: Wine Tasting with Bryan Clover.  Wiltshire Museum, Devizes. Sadly, due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions, this has had to be cancelled.

Winter 2020/21 (date tbc):  Visit to Hills Waste new recycling centre.
