CPRE Wiltshire 2024 Photography Competition Awards
Our 2024 Photography Competition Awards ceremony was held in the Bear Hotel, Devizes and again later in Salisbury Library.
The subject for 2024 was ‘Wiltshire through the Seasons ‘.
The winner of the first prize of £100, sponsored by Grist Environmental, was Louise Topp from Salisbury, with her photo ‘Water Spring Lane’, see full photo below.
The presentation was made in Salisbury and attended by Suzanne Keene – CPRE South Wiltshire District Chairwoman, Paul Mortimer from Grist Environmental and other local volunteers.
Second and Third Prizes (£50 &£25 respectively) were presented at the Bear Hotel. Attendees included the winners, Stephen Bessent and Patrick Tickner, Anne Henshaw (Chairwoman of CPRE Wiltshire), Paul Mortimer (Grist Environmental), Graham and Christine Head (Headlights UK) Rosalind Ambler (our Voice Newsletter editor).
The winner of the Second prize of £50, sponsored by Headlights UK, was Stephen Bessent with his photo ‘Dewy Daisies at Dawn’.

The winner of the Third prize of £25, sponsored by Headlights UK, was Patrick Tickner with his photo ‘Savernake Grand Avenue’ – Autumn’.
