An opportunity to volunteer with us!
We are looking for a volunteer treasurer!
Volunteering with us is a fantastic way to help us champion protecting our countryside and the pressures put on it from housing and road development, preparing it for climate change, addressing renewable energy, biodiversity and sustainable transport.

What you’ll do:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting deadlines.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the board of trustees.
- Help with budget monitoring and management.
- Support fundraising efforts by providing financial information.
- Hours are variable, however usually no more than 2 – 3 hours per week, working from home. On top of this you must be prepared to attend quarterly Trustee meeting and our AGM.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and financial skills.
- Experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Familiarity with charity finance and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
