Promoting hedgerows to primary schools

CPRE has created Hedgerow Detective lesson plans for primary schools, along with a template email which people can use to contact their local primary school.

The template describes the lesson plans and how they support the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculums. There’s an exciting prize draw to encourage schools to use the resources and the closing date for this has been extended to midday on Friday 15 July 2022. Anyone using the template email after the prize draw closes, can remove the relevant paragraph.

There are also zip files for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, which contain teachers notes and worksheets along with a PowerPoint presentation for KS2.
